Hi, A trick I have learned, even with indoor cats, is to buy a dog whistle and adjust it to where you can hear it. Then for one week every time you call your cats for anything blow right after you call the cats names. Once they start coming to it USE it all the time. Then if one of your cats gets out they are more likely to answer you or come to you. It has worked for me for yrs.
