It is an inflammation of the gums and can effect the throat also. Bailey's is pretty bad at the moment, he is such a sweet heart and he doesn't seem to be fazzed by it but I know it is painful so I want to take care of it. If nothing works as a last resort he will probably lose all his teeth and that still doesn't help some cats.
