Gloria,

What brand of Lysine powder do you use?  I have been buying the Solaray (NCI) capsules.  My HF store mentioned Carlson's powder but I had never heard of that brand so don't know if it is reliable.  I have been paying $9.99 for Solaray 500 mg capsules (120 caps), and get a 10% discount with the punch card.  I recently ordered a dozen bottles and they gave me a 20% discount for ordering so many.  If any of you use a lot you might want to investigate the possibility of a discount at your HF store.

Hmmm - i mix it with water, or aloe vera, or chicken broth.  I usually buy
powder, but you can get the powder out of capsules too.  I try not to use a
lot of fluid, so it doesn't take too long to syringe it to kitty!
