yes gthey can get kennel cough..it is really rare that they do..but possible.....I went through it about a year ago with Indy...FeLV -    he caught it at  a vet.....they can give antibiotics to ward off secondary infections ....BUT..it is a viral infection so it just has to work its way though itself...
