For anyone looking for a grain-free food, I just found one by accident in my endless search to find something finicky Patches might like. A new store in my area (a sort of pet health food store) carries the Merrick line of pet foods. The names of the flavors caught my attention, i.e. Grammy's Pot Pie, Cowboy Cookout, etc. The label reads what you would expect: (pot pie) Chicken, Chicken Broth, Turkey Liver, Fresh Red Jacket New Potatoes, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Snow Peas, Fresh Whole Red Delicious Apples, etc. My vet was impressed with the vitamins and extras added. Here's a link if anyone wants to check it out. By the way, the prices at my store are cheaper than those shown here, so it would pay to check locally.
