Hi Jill! I wanted to also suggest maybe adding a little L-lysine to her food! L-lysine is just an amino acid (can be found at any grocery store in the vitamin section) and may help to dramatically clear up the sinus problem (it's good stuff and works pretty quickly!). Part of the problem with the cat not eating is that she may not be able to smell her food...and most cats won't eat what they can't smell! You can get 500 mg tablets, crush them up, and mix with a little water (or baby food) to syringe into the mouth...the dosage is actually 500 mg a day for an adult cat!
