I am blessed to be a small part of a large group of wonderful people dedicated to helping the animals in a variety of capacities.

Hubby used every "word" he knew (loudly) while driving 80 mph when the polar bears were making large stressy piles and I was trying to balance myself in the moving van to clean up and keep Ma fm driving and Pa fm making puppies. LOL! When I related this story to the reporter I did not expect him to put it in the article but it does cover some of what can happen transporting and hopefully gave everyone a big giggle!

BTW - I found my Effie, FeLV+, during a transport.    Del

Way to go Del!
I know Peggy Dial have spoke with her many times and myself being on many of her lists as well. Very nice lady when possible I will ask her to coordinate a big run for me when I'm not able to do so because I may be doing another run but can fill in on the last leg or two.

Once again I commend you on your ride with the (polar bears)...LOL

I had no idea you were a pet transport legend! I'm just getting involved with this myself--I am trying to help get some ferrets up to Maine soon. I'd be happy for any tips.
