Wouldn't that be wonderful! It would make what you went through with the needle worth it.

I took him to the vet and they x-rayed him and could not see a needle. In the process they tested his blood glucose level and are not sure he is even diabetic anymore, so I am holding off on insulin for 2 days and retesting to see. Thanks for all the resources you sent me-- they were really helpful.
