Could Dr. Post be one of the doctors we're looking for to help bring
V.O. to the furkids? I keep thinking that we need to get some sort of
program started to legally bring a supply to everyone. If the FDA sees
the benefits, wouldn't they be more willing to release it? I hate this
waiting. Maybe we could get Dr.s all over the country to request
dispensations. It just doesn't make any sense to me. Most vets tell us
there's no cure, and suggest euthanasia, why wouldn't vets with a heart
want to try something with so much promise, or any promise for that
matter? Maybe we should contact universities and research institutions
to try to spur them into action.

Hi Barbara,
I just saw in your posting that Jelly Roll's regular vet is Dr. Post.
He is a wonderful oncologist/vet/person. He was in charge of the
treatment for our 5 Felv+ cats, 2 of whom developed lymphoma, the
other three who developed anemia/leukemia. He never gave up on them,
and was such a wonderful support to us. Have you asked the folks at
the vet center to check with their sources for blood supplies and the
other animal blood banks to see if they can find any ab blood?
Best wishes for you and Jelly
