I'm flying blind here myself. I'm just trying to figure out a way to help as many animals/humans as possible. I know there are "at home" studies done, why not for us? From the research I did when I discovered feline DNA interferon existed, it's appears to have many application possibilities to fight immune deficient problems. Not only for cats, but dogs as well and I seem to remember horses being mentioned somewhere too. We have to spur the imagination of other humans, humans with the power and authority to make things happen. I'm very excited about what seems to be happening in Canada. Keep praying.

Thanks Nina for ALL this wonderful legwork you're doing---it would be
amazing, wouldn't it...hardly dare think about it..
Re: >>>>>>Are you people interested in something like that? <<<<<<< how would this
work---would kitties stay at home, and we'd be administering VO and
logging all the info? (I'm a total ignoramus about how research works on
a practical level)
Thanks again---Kerry

I'd been afraid to ask. I broached the subject when I was at the vet's yesterday and was told that they don't think it will be prohibitive. Not much of an answer, but at least they didn't roll their eyes and tell
me to start hocking things. I just got off the phone with one of the vets. I asked him if he knew of any vets that might be interested in doing a research study with our felv list kitties and VO. Of course, there couldn't be a any of this "double blind" stuff, everyone participating would have to get the real stuff. He said he could think of two people that might be interested, one at Cornell University and one at Davis. He's going to get their names and info to me. Are you people interested in something like that?
