Subject: Emergency Foster care?

Well, I am looking for someone who will take the three remaining kittens for the span of about one week, starting today or tomorrow. I received a notice in my mailbox on Friday that the maintenance people are going to be inspecting the entire complex over the span of about a week, from 9a-4p, M-F this coming week (starting on the 15th). No appointments, they are just going to show up on one of those days to clean filters, inspect bathrooms, check fire detectors and inspect balconies.

These three kittens are FeLV positive and part of a litter that will be relocating to the Marley Fund--two of the kittens have already moved down to NC. They're three of the litter that flooded the bathroom and whose housing came into jeopardy because of it. They cannot be here when maintenance comes. I need someone to care for these three just while these inspections are going on. I am in Bergen County, NJ near the George Washington Bridge. If there is anyone in the tri-state NY/NJ/CT area who can take my guys (they are 6 months old, so already large kittens), I would be grateful.

You can email or call 201-489-1580. Thank you!

Melissa
