Title: Message
Thanks for your kind words, Anne. It's amazing (and wonderful) how strongly we connect to these dear little souls, isn't it? I am just so thankful that I was there for him at the end (when every other year I've planned well ahead to be with family and left the kitties in the care of a petsitter).

all the best, Kerry    PS: I hope Sophie is doing well!

Kerry,
I am sad for your loss.  I know how much you loved that little guy.  I, too, had a kitten, Sammy, that was so funny and hysterically hyper-active but suddenly died at age 10 months, from a high fever from FIP, although we tried very hard to save him.  I, too, believe that the ones that go early try to do double-time while here.  I also felt that I would not let another cat go so long before deciding on euthanasia but it happens every time.  I feel for you, Kerry.  Rest in peace, sweet Caramel.

Anne,
I'm so sorry you lost your dear Ezra.  Your heart is broken but I hope memories of the good times will comfort you soon and knowing that your Ezra was truly loved while here on earth with you.

Gentle hugs to you both,
Anne and Jimi Too Cool, Simms, Sophie and other furry friends in MI
