Microchipping is no problem in FeLV & FIV cats. My Zinnie was chipped and he didn't even flinch !! All my kitty (minus one) are indoor kitties, but I chip everybody...just in case !! I feel it is especially important to chip my positives kitties, because if they ever slipped out and were picked up by Animal Control without a microchip, they would be immediately euthanized!! Scary thought, huh? ;-(
