I understand.  When any of mine must be condo-ized they have supervised recess.  I, too, prefer they can be free-range kitties in the house.

Maybe try confining her to one room for a while.  Expand where she's able to go gradually........?

   Sophie was in an exercise pen that was 6 ft. by 6 ft. and maybe 3 ft. high for several months and before that, she was caged for a couple of months so I was anxious to set her free.  She was OK in the pen but I was hoping for her to have a regular kitty life, finally, for her, or as much as possible.
