Subject: yay for Reglan!

I remembered that we have some Reglan (anti-nausea drug) in the house
from my
dog, looked up the dosage online, and gave Simon a 1 mg chip of it. 30
minutes later I went to syringe feed him. I gave him one squirt from
the syringe
and he climed out of his bed and jumped down to the floor, and I was
scared
because I thought it meant he was going to throw up. But instead he
walked over
the food bowls and started sniffing them looking for food! So I put some
of his
favorie wet food in the bowl and he ate!! He only ate about 5 bites--
certainly not enough for a meal or to warrant me stopping the
syringe-feeding-- but
at least he is feeling better! I now at least feel safer not bringing
him to
the emergency room tonight. I am going to cook him some chicken and see
if he
will eat some of that.
Thank you all for your thoughts and please keep praying for him,
Michelle
