Michelle,
   I would never say that, I know you are doing the best you can and I
pray the vets are feeding him regularly.  And yes with a feeding tube
you do have to build up to a regular amount, it took Buddie about 2 days
because I was afraid she would get sicker since she was so weak from all
she had been through, she did fine.  He is strong if his values are that
bad and he is still doing as well as he is and you love and care for him
has a great deal to do with that, love goes a very long way.  I'm sorry
if I ever made you feel you weren't doing your best, it was actually the
vets I was upset with, your care was never in question.  Lots of prayers
for Simon and you, I have a good feeling about him, he's a fighter!!
