Alejandra, I did some lookups for vets in MS… below is list from a web page for American Association of Feline Practicioners… these are supposedly vets who specialize in cats and are board certified. That doesn’t mean they are good but it’s a start. I don’t know if any are near you” Kathryn R Camp Dr. Laurie G. Dilworth ( Dilworth Small Animal Hosp )
Dr. Kristine Edwards Dr. Patricia M. Hidalgo ( Amory Animal Hosp ) Dr. Ned Hinton ( Sawmill Animal Hosp ) Dr. Kerry A. Stonis ( Humane Society of MO ) This is the name & phone for vet hospital at Mississippi State University which is near Starkville. Generally, you can get up to date treatment at a vet hospital but I don’t know if this is near you. You might try to call them to see what they say. Mississippi State University Our Appointment Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed on weekends and holidays. Appointments are required for all patient visits, except for emergencies. The telephone number for appointments is (662) 325-1351.
