Well, I read some okay if I know the subject ...
speak some broken ... and if you speak it to me I have brain
freeze. I have heard said that a touch of wine first will loosen the
inhibitions and we learn another language better that way. I never trried
that. Those of us who have attempted to or learned another language have
more understanding of those trying to learn English ...which has to be much more
difficult than learning Spanish.

Well, I hate to say this but I
flunked Spanish when I was in high school. I didn't even last the semester
because I couldn't teach my tongue to do new tricks. So I switch to another
class to keep myself from becoming a blooming idiot.
Can understand some but no
speaking it.
