Thanks for all the info...Update

Thank you everyone for all of the info!  I am learning so much!  I took 
Tire ( my FeLu kitty) back to the vet and he did have a upper 
respiratory infection.  He got a shot and some antibiotics to take 
home.  After one day he completly stopped sneezing!  His eyes are 
looking a lot better too.  The vet said his gums are nice and pink and 
his lymh nodes are not swollen.  His temp was also normal.  We are 
going to have him retested in 90 days to see if he is still +.  From 
what I have learned he may have been exposed to outside and might fight 
it off?  I am enjoying being his foster mommy, but will be happy when 
he goes to his permanant home so he will get all the attention he 
wants.  He is a very needy kitty when it comes to getting love!  But I 
don't mind and happily give it to him.
