Did you give him/her my vet's phone number?  Michelle, the vet's liaison

that sent in the application to the FDA has said that she's willing to 
share information that will help others get a dispensation. 

The name of the vet's office is Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group
805-339-2290, they are located in Ventura, CA.  The vet liaison's name
is  Michelle Rose.
