Dear Lisa I'm really really sorry--that's rotten news, it really is, and for all of your sakes--yours, his, and the furballs'--I'm sending out positive vibes for your boyfriend to find a job soon---one that he likes, and where he is truly appreciated for the good work he does. I know it doesn't seem like much comfort right now, but when the chips were down for me in a big way, and I was trying desperately to see light at the other end, it REALLY helped me to remind myself constantly of all the good things in my life, and how much worse life COULD be. Health, good friends and family, and my adorable cats were among the blessings I reminded myself of every day. (And, he also has YOU, and you have HIM!) You WILL get through this, and he'll be better off without them in the end. Sending lots of positive job-securing vibes your way. take care, Kerry          -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, December 20, 2004 1:14 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: OT...prayers REALLY needed Hi everyone, I am writing to you very upset..only to ask for prayers, Reike, and good thoughts to please be sent my families way.  My Boyfriend, whom I live with for the past 5 years has just lost his job...1 week before Christmas..talk about a test of faith!!!!  I can handle most of our bills...but his truck payment and the car insurance payments are what he pay'ed....and both our names are on that loan....so we REALLY need Prayers for him to find a good job.   His "Boss's" are really dirty.  He was the best worker they had there, he has a 100% customer service record, no comebacks ( the only person in the shop with that kind of record), in fact just 3 months ago he was wanting to leave them and so they offered him more money and a full time postion.!!!!  So we are so confused, but are trying to look at it in the best light possible..that everything happens for a reason, and that change will never happen unless something forces it.  The worst part is not even him loosing his job..which is bad..but not knowing or understanding why....  They lied, and BS'ed to cover their greedy selves so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment.  Yet when we ask for specifics they cant give us anything..not one reason...They said they were having problems with him..yet they never called him into the office to talk to him about it.....every other person at that shop has been called in and talked to and given a chance to correct whatever problems..just like you would expect at any job....No one understands...then when we ask what kind of problems...they cant answer.     He is a mechanic....a VERY good one..so far he has never been able to NOT fix something....yet its winter..the absolutly worst time for his type of work....really for any phyisical labor type of work....he got fired on Friday.. sucked it up...went out looking for jobs...got one interview for today...so today he goes to the unemployment office, they lady there says since his boss said what he said that he probably wont be able to draw, but someone would call him in a a week to talk to him about it.....she said she doubts that he will get any help...but if he does we wont see anything for like 4-6 weeks!!!!!.  She also said that if he were black...there wouldn't be a problem....For our country to be so "EQUAL" now it sure amazes me how everything the government does, or offers seems to only be for who they deem the minority....and usually ( please dot let me offend anyone but it is the way around here) the people who are lazy, do no work..and just make a ton of babies.  Anyone who is hardworking and still struggles cant get any help....it is so sad and frustrating.     So please..this holiday season, just think of me and my family in your prayers!!!   Lisa and fur-brats Akira--FeLV miracle baby www.geocities.com/anzajaguar Indy-- Truley Indian Jones as a cat..FEARLESS Lance- Mini wire haired dashchund Bow-Tie- 2yr old (ssshhhh he doesnt know he is 15 :) ) jack russel cross Bennie Bird-- Vampire cockatiel Anza-- sexist Senegal parrot..deffinantly a ladies bird :) This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
