I got a call from the emergency vet that I use on occassion. They have a stray that tested positive for leukemia. She has til the end of this week to find a home.
They are located in Newton, NJ. One of the vet techs believes she is spayed and about 2yrs old. They say she is VERY sweet and affectionate.
There is no adoption fee, the vets & techs don't want to see her put down.
I've already agreed to take her if I cannot find another home for her - might anyone else have space for her???
