I actually do not have much hope that he is making a comeback, because he is getting paler and yellower. I think it is just the steroids making him feel better for a while. But I am grateful for that too, and happy to see him content if even just for a little while. I am happy he is eating some because it means he is feeling better and because I can syringe him less, and thus disturb him less.  He is purring away, and last night he jumped up on the bed by himself, which is about 3 feet because it is a raised bed.
