I still cry sometimes when I look at pictures of the ones I've
lost. All cats are special, some are a little more special than
others. Some hurts take a long time to heal, but they do heal
eventually.
Grieving is a process, and each loss takes it's own time to work through
for each person. We have to walk through the center of our grief to
move on. If we try to walk around the edges (to avoid the worst of the
pain of the loss) we end up going in circles. Sometimes, that
can keep us from healing completely.
Tears are good.
