My Nina had this test for FIP and my vet said it was as reliable as you could get as FIP is so hard to diagnose for sure. It cost $80 and was sent to a lab in Colorado. Nina tested negative and since the test was last spring and she is doing well, we're pretty sure she doesn't have FIP.
