What are tarts?MichelleYou take a tart and place it on a Tart burner. Here is a link for you to get a better understanding of them.If you decide to buy any please use my daughter's name "Julie Milburn" [EMAIL PROTECTED] she gets credit for them. I got some for christmas from her. I love them. I didn't know what they were either til I went to the link above and she told me about them. They are awesome they make your home smell good. They last longer in scents than candles. So many scents available and well worth it. Made from home. Much cheaper than buying at a store.Perfect when you have animals! She is hosting a online party.
