Well, I am glad you did not laugh too hard...sometime I suggest those things and people think I am nutty. Anyway yes please ge out and walk or sit in the sunshine, write in a journal what you are feeling and definately heal yourself. You have to be the rock for Gypsy, so stand tall release and some stress, Orange Juice has Vit C which relieves stress, so drink a few glasses (it is more immediate that taking a vitamin, unless you have chewables)....Please help yourself so you can help Gypsy better.

I have been thinking about that too Cherie. I'm totally out of balance. I need to figure out a way to let go of some of this stress and devote some healing energy to myself. So much easier said than done! I'll check out the link you sent me. It's a beautiful day here in So. CA. I'm going to try to force myself to get out in it and enjoy the sunshine, at least for a little while. Thank you sweetie.

Nina,Sounds wacky but maybe your need to heal yourself for Gypsys sake, try some healing crystals..this is a good site if you do not have anyThank you Kerry. I keep telling myself all I can do is my best, it
doesn't remove the knot in my solar plexus though.
