I wouldn't start any urinary diets, they are made to dissolve crystals and 
alter pH levels of the urine.  Certain diets make the pH go up or down.  
Different pH's cause different crystals.  Those are things that the 
urinanalysis look at.  Waltham s/o is only for struvite crystals and would do 
no good if a cat has oxalate crystals for example.   In fact it may make her pH 
worse.  
I know baytril is usually used alot in these things but cats need a low dose 
and prolonged use of Baytril has serious side effects. We have a cat that lost 
his sight because of it.  And my homer had nearly the same problem this year 
with Baytril. Please be careful.
