We're currently finalizing a list of instructions that will be sent out
to all authors along with their referee reports and individual comments.
Hopefully, we can finish up that document today or tomorrow.
Referee reports are currently being sent out to all authors and should
start arriving in your mailboxes soon. Send us an email if you have not
received your report within 1-2 days and we will let you know the status
of your chapter.

I have just noticed some of the new files in the book project describing the
review process. It makes mention of reviewer's comments and I would just
like to find out where these can be found.
