Dear all, Andre Massing has painstakingly gone through the bibliography for the book (bibliography.bib) to remove duplicates, correct keys etc. He has also tried his best to correct the citations in all chapters to match the keys in the new bibliography.
All authors need to check the citations in their chapter(s) so that they are correct. If you plan to add new items to the bibliography, do so with great care and try to follow the naming scheme used for keys in the bibliography.
