It looks like DOLFIN was compiled with SWIG 2.0.7, which is the version from the previous Ubuntu release (12.10). You should always make sure that you recompile everything that was manually compiled after you upgrade your distribution. It is also important that you remove any compiler cache (like dorsal_build_dir). The easiest is probably to remove everything built and installed by Dorsal and do a complete rebuild. This can be done simply by removing the $HOME/Work/FEniCS folder if you didn't change the default settings in dorsal.cfg.
