In OSX 10.8.4, I installed all the Dolfin dependencies. Running `cmake` leaves
me with:
Exception: Unable to generate new DOLFIN wrappers, missing module
dolfin_utils.wrappers.
This error comes from `ffc/wrappers.py` (line 44). But dolfin_utils is part of
the Dolfin source tree, which in turn has FFC as a prerequisite. Are you
supposed to `python install` that stuff before running `cmake`?
