You need to install Eigen3 for the DOLFIN development version (port
install eiegn3).

Looks like a Python interpreter/library mismatch.
Did you set Dorsal to fetch the development versions of FEniCS? The
dev versions have some fixes to deal with the multiple Python versions
littered around OSX systems.
