This looks like it has something to do with VirtualBox. It is just a
warning so I would simply ignore it.

Several demo cases use external mesh files such as  "aneurysm.xml.gz",
"dolfin_fine.xml.gz".

These files are included with the installation. Run dolfin-get-demos in a
terminal to copy the demo files to your home directory.

FEniCS is installed under /usr, but it is spread across many subdirectories.
