Rectangle was renamed to RectangleMesh in DOLFIN 1.1 and changing that in cbc.pdesys-1.0.0/cbc/cfd/problems/channel.py should make it work. However, CBC.PDESys 1.0 was made for DOLFIN 1.0 and many changes have happened in DOLFIN since then. You will probably have better luck using the development version of CBC.PDESys with DOLFIN 1.3. You can fetch the development version by running "bzr branch lp:cbcpdesys".
