I'm using CMake 2.10.2. Thanks for the hint, but note that my failure is
different from yours i.e. a genuine compile error.

Have you been able to build with *any* version of the Intel compilers?
Garth has afaik, but all my attempts so far failed also with DOLFIN 1.3.

Seems not. The exact same error persists with NumPy 1.8.1.
