I tried your suggestion. I removed the cache completely and I manually run ccmake & make & make install, with all packages ON. This works fine. This doesn't work if I set TPL_ENABLE_UMFPACK=ON, which is the default through dorsal. I just set it off in the dorsal's trilinos.package file and the compile goes through.
