Unfortunately no. All the different apps are maintained by their respective
contributors and they are all free to choose their own method for
installation. There is also no guarantee that all the apps work with the
latest version of FEniCS.

At some point - with enough interest and resources - one might think of
having "certified FEniCS apps" which will need to follow certain
installation guidelines and always work with the latest release.
