Dear Fenics ppl,
while trying to install fenics via hashdist i have an issue with superlu_dist:
I up the number of procs in the fenics-install.sh script:
# Get number of processes to use for build
: ${PROCS:=48}
and then start the build:
./fenics-install.sh
...
choose:
[1] latest stable version of FEniCS, currently 1.5
...
Using HashDist profile
/tmp/fenics-install.9C6VGl/fenics-developer-tools/install/profiles/fenics.Linux.yaml.
Stable build requested.
Starting build...
After a while it breaks on:
[parmetis] Building parmetis/swux5owl6onc, follow log with:
[parmetis] tail -f
/Scratch/vincent/fenics.stable/fenics/tmp/parmetis-swux5owl6onc/build.log
[superlu_dist] Building superlu_dist/dkkgllj66sqt, follow log with:
[superlu_dist] tail -f
/Scratch/vincent/fenics.stable/fenics/tmp/superlu_dist-dkkgllj66sqt/build.log
[superlu_dist|ERROR] Command '[u'/bin/bash', '_hashdist/build.sh']' returned
non-zero exit status 2
[superlu_dist|ERROR] command failed (code=2); raising
Whatever i seem to do, i cannot get past this point , also not when i try the
development build.
Any advise?
(i'll post the output in the next message, since the the limit on msgs to the
list is 40k)
