That seems to have worked, though I did get:
clang: warning: -ldmumps: 'linker' input unused
clang: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-L/opt/local/lib'
throughout.
Is there something else I need to do to get the python module of dolfin
working? I added
$HOME/software/dolfin-1.5.0/site-packages
to my PYTHONPATH, but when I try to import dolfin, I get the following:
Python 2.7.10 (default, Aug 18 2015, 11:31:52)
[GCC 4.2.1 Compatible Apple LLVM 6.1.0 (clang-602.0.53)] on darwin
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
