I'd like to suggest that we remove

from files in DOLFIN. The primary reason being that 'Last changed:'
causes merge conflicts. Other reasons include (i) the information is not
reliable and (ii) it is redundant because the version control system is
the authoritative source on when a file was changed, by whom and what
was changed.
