Thanks for all the input on the periodic table. I have added a summary
at the bottom of the following page:

I think this summarizes what we have now agreed on. Let me know if you
find any typos.

Before we can proceed to make the final version of the poster, we need
to decide on the element names in the case of exterior calculus
notation. A current suggestion is this:

  ("P-", cell, r, k)
  ("P",  cell, r, k)
  ("Q-", cell, r, k)
  ("S",  cell, r, k)

This means removing the " Lambda" which looks much better. There is a
name clash here between "P" and "P" and "S" and "S", but in the only
case where this appears is k = 0 and then the elements are anyway
identical.

Martin, would it be ok to change to above notation? This notation will
also be printed in the table.
