You need to add the location of libml.so.11 to LD_LIBRARY_PATH. If for
instance Trilinos is installed in ~/Work/FEniCS, then you should do:

  export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/Work/FEniCS:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
