We are experiencing strange problems with our mailing list. For some reason, messages are bouncing when sent to certain members of the list, which after a few repetitions will cause the users to be kicked out of the mailing list.
The bounce message will look something like this: <[email protected]>: host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[2a00:1450:400c:c02::1a] said: 550-5.7.1 [2a03:2780::55c0:e4fe:7bf7:e66c] Our system has detected that this 550-5.7.1 message does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regarding PTR records 550-5.7.1 and authentication. Please review 550-5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ipv6_authentication_error for more 550 5.7.1 information. jj8si4324747wid.104 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command) Johannes and I have tried to figure out what goes wrong but don't know enough about mailman configuration to fix it. Does anyone know what might be causing this? And why it has started now? (It started ca a week ago.) -- Anders
