moin moin,

SeaGL extended its call for proposals until Wednesday, September 9th.

We also added office hours each Wednesday at noon Pacific (UTC-7)
throughout if you would like some feedback on a proposal. Hop in the
#SeaGL IRC channel on Freenode or email the address in the cfp.

I have definitely benefited from office hour feedback in the past. I
got some good feedback this year as well.

The Linux App Summit (LAS) also has an open cfp. That closes on the 15th.

SeaGL overlaps with LAS ( we're Fri - Sat, Nov 13 - 14, and LAS is Thu
- Sat, Nov 12 - 14 ), but we're both online, so attendees and speakers
can participate in both if they want :).

LAS is sponsored by both KDE and GNOME. KDE's Akademy is in a couple
weeks. I enjoyed some nice talks at GUADEC a few weeks ago. I look
forward to seeing a cooperative conference.

Debconf is this week. I hope everyone's getting a chance to enjoy some
talks there.

If you would like to invite someone else to join the ambassadors they
can self-subscribe by emailing [email protected]

ciao,

der.hans
