The site is very hard to navigate this year. It's not intuitive, and we will lose people who "can't find" the information necessary to participate.
I know the information is there because I have spend the time necessary to drill down to find it, but it *is* hard to find. People who are not already invested in LinuxFest are not going to take the time to wander through the site to figure out where it is.
