Date and Time Location Cost (since most conferences charge, free is the exception) Session Schedule The picture banner is pretty, but IMHO takes up space that would be better served for the details of the fest. It still isn't obvious how to get there (Logistics is a word that just doesn't jump out and say 'directions' to me) or a schedule of talks. I know we have a schedule now, so it should be linked or embedded on the main site. News items are still hard to find. You only see the last one on the main page and after you have clicked on it there is no obvious way to see other news items. The Travel page has a nice map, but no address on it. What if you want to lookup the location with your smartphone? Some suggestions: 1. Hot link 'News and Announcements' to the news section 2. Change Logistics to 'Directions' and link it to the travel page 3. Put the address on the travel page 4. Link to the hotels, etc. from the travel page 5. Change session to schedule and link to it 6. 'It would be Nice(TM)' if the schedule and sessions had linkages between them. Like I said above, look at the website design from the standpoint of someone who has seen a poster and wants to quickly get the details. Also think about smartphone users who are on the road and who forgot to get the exact address :) See you guys next weekend!
