However, the emulabel command has been removed from emu for a while.  It
does not seem like there is an immediate replacement program either, but
rather you must use the whole emu system to create a database first, etc.

I believe that running wavesurfer (with the .wav, .lab, and .{whatever other
information you want} files in the same directory) will give you similar
functionality as to what emulabel did.
