Do we need both verify_tensor and simple_verify_tensors?
No, the only difference is that verify_tensor is general (although I'm sure it is seriously outdated) and simple_ is not. I vote for deleting verify_tensor, if we for some reason need it later we can always revert and get whatever code we want. Kristian
