(Takes an extra e at the end. 'Réveillée')

That sentence means "Your french has improved a lot since you woke up." A
very polite and formal you by the way.

"Que voulez-vous dire? N' avons nous pas parlé japonais?"

And this one means "What do you mean? Haven't we been speaking Japanese?" in
this case as well, a very polite you.

I think those "Vous" might be a bit too stiff for conversation between
friends. Nabiki could be purposefully speaking in an overly formal manner,
but I think Ukyo wouldn't in this case. Maybe you could replace 'Que
voulez-vous dire?' with 'Que veux-tu dire?'?

Beyond those nitpicks, I must say I like this story quite a bit.
